I had a great time staying at Borovets Chalets. The accommodation was so neat and tidy. Upon arrival we had lovely red wine provided by the host. Everywhere was nice and warm as the central heating was available during our stay, and the fireplace was a nice touch as well. Each room is an en-suite and the floors were heated. The views from the chalet was stunning and Marino was an amazing host; he had great communication even before we arrived at the Borovets to make sure we were comfortable. He always checked up on us and really made sure we had a great time! I would definitely recommend booking this place if you’re looking for a place to stay!!!!

We were 2 families, the villa was very cosy, and the hosts were very nice and answered promptly to every question. Although we were there in August, and there were no air conditioners, it wasn’t hot in the rooms. The kitchen and BBQ place were perfectly equipped. Rooms, toilets, kitchen and dining areas were very clean.
