The apartment (townhouse) was a very high spec., very spacious inside over 3 levels, and outside space was great, furnished to a high standard, wouldn't hesitate to re-book on our next trip to Gran Canaria. There was a very large communal pool with lots of loungers available and the pool was quiet on our visit. Location also excellent close to beach, shops, bars, restuarants and clubs at meloneras, with a large supermarket 5 minute walk away. One of the best stays we've had anywhere, better than similar properties in La Manga, Marbella or Val de Lobo in portugal.

So pretty lots of nice touches. I would’ve liked to find a little bit of milk in the fridge but you recommended us a really good place of the road which was fabulous for lunch so I can’t complain about anything. He was an exceptional host. The Jacuzzi wouldn’t work, but that was just my bad luck and it was very much a last-minute booking so he didn’t have the chance to heat it up for us, but knowing the gentleman I’m sure he would’ve done he was super nice super accommodating and the place was super cute you wouldn’t know it was there And then there you are in the mountains completely private I walked around naked it was great

The house is spacious and the large patio doors allowed easy access to the garden. There was plenty of space to relax or eat inside and we enjoyed just relaxing in the garden. The furniture and fittings were modern and of a high quality and the beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was lovely too. A walk downhill too us to Campo International and at night we could easily get a taxi which was pretty cheap.

We’ve been to Gran Canaria MANY times and can honestly say this is the best place we’ve ever stayed. Not only the help from the staff and Francois but all the added extras! (Karaoke box at its finest!) The coffee machine, the pool and wifi mirrors! All amazing. The garden fence fell down when we were there (strong winds!) but by the next day it was fixed! The location is 10 min slow walk to yumbo, beds are comfy and supermarket 5 mins away. Beautiful home and we even found ourselves thinking about buying abroad!

There is also a kitchen with everything you might need for cooking. We were very comfortable. The village is beautiful and there are several hiking trails in the area. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing, it was like you were having a massage while having a shower. I would recommend stopping at a supermarket on the way from the airport as there are no local shops open if arriving late at night. There is a bakery in the little village Tirajana (Tunte) which is a 5-minute drive and has amazing pastries and bread.

Very close to an excellent supermarket, and beach and restaurants are within easy walking distance (15mins). The location of the apartment was perfect for us, quiet, away from busy Playa del Ingles. It has a wonderful seaview from the balcony. The private pool and gardens are well maintained.
