We stayed here for 14 days. We are a family of 5 3 adults 2 older children. The villa comprises of 3floors, ground floor is the large entrance hall. 1st floor had 3 bedrooms 1double and two single although the owner put a second single in one of the rooms for us. A large bathroom and terrace each bedroom had a small balcony. The 2nd floor was kitchen bathroom lounge and terrace. The house was very clean and modern and had all facilities you could need. It has plenty of street parking down a quiet road and a small patio garden. The house is less than 2 min walk to a pebble beach there are many restaurants and bars within a short walk. The owner of the house was the best host I have stayed in she was able to give lots of tips for places to visit and eat at not touristy. There is a bigger supermarket and a lovely bakery only 5 min drive. The house is located approx 20 mins from roads old town, 25 mins from Faleraki sand beaches and a hour from Lindos.I would definitely recommend this house and if we return to Rhodes we would stay here. Thank you!

We were a Family of 5, and stayed at the property for 10 days in Oct 2023. The property, facilities and location were just perfect. Only 8 minute walk in to the main street to the restaurants, shops and bars, and only 2 minutes to a local supermarket, coffee shop and bakery. The Villa is also just 1 min from a main bus route road, so very easy to hop on the bus to visit the Old town City center. The privacy is great at the Villa, and very safe neighborhood surrounded by local residents. The swimming pool is a good size and depth, and we enjoyed many days of playing around with pool games, especially the inflatable volleyball :-) All in all, very easy to get to, very private property with plenty of space and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend as we had a lovely time

We enjoyed our stay at Filippos Villa, a lovely place to be. We were welcomed by the Rhodes Holidays agent. We also met the property owner, Mr Filippos, who was more than happy to assist us with everything we needed. We spent several mornings and evenings near the pool and barbeque area. We will miss the peace of this garden! It exceeded our expectations (fully equipped place)! Highly recommended!

The villa is even better than the photos show. It is right on the beach and lovely to watch people swimming or wandering past. It is spotlessly clean, with lots of lovely extra touches and thought gone into it. You can tell that the owners really care. Vaso, the host is amazing! She can not do enough for you, always ready to help if you need her. The pool is perfect, just the right size and in a fantastic position. The inside of the villa is just a lovely and the perfect size for 6 people. Vlose to a large supermarket and a few restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends!

Immaculate luxury villa, fully equipped with every appliance, more than ample crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Beautifully maintained throughout the property and garden. It was Easter weekend during our stay and Giannis and Sebastian provided details of local traditions and customs covering the period supplying any items required to join with the locals and celebrate. We cannot thank Giannis and Sebastian enough for all their help in providing any information we required regarding trips, places to eat and visit. All staff were exceptionally helpful and answered any questions immediately, we will definitely be recommending both the Villa and staff to family and friends and hope to return again.
