was the perfect location for our first family mini holiday, five minutes walk from a lovely private beach, short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. didn’t want to leave!

We loved the location and you could see the ocean from the bedroom window. The host Seamus was so welcoming and friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The kitchen was fully fitted and the bedroom space was beautiful with breathtaking views out of the velex windows of the ocean and Connemara. A wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much.

Will definitely return! The house was even better than the pictures, it's in a beautiful location with outdoor furniture for enjoying the sunshine and it was equally as nice in a thunderstorm when we were lounging on the couches by the fire and never felt up on top of each other. Each of the 4 double beds were extremely comfortable. The bedding and utensils all appeared to be brand new and the house was spotless and very well equipped. The house also felt very secure and had electric gates. Looking forward to returning!

Lovely place, very cozy, the simpathy of Michael and Magella after a long road was well appreciated. It is perfectly located, between Galway and the conemara National park !! Grocery stores are close. would recommend it to anyone !

Wow - what a great place to stay for three nights just outside of Galway! The owner, Jacqueline, could not have been anymore accommodating. She was so nice and even provided us w/ an extra gift for my 50th birthday. We arrived to a beautiful Irish oasis with a wonderful view and a welcome basket. Our family enjoyed the short walk to the sea and the amazing seascapes. I can’t say enough about this cottage, it’s charm and the owner’s hospitality. If you are looking for a traditional Ireland experience then this is the place for you!

Location was excellent, communication was perfect and we all did a walk suggested in the house manual, heating was set perfect for us and the showers, towels and products were perfect

The cottage is in a lovely locaion, a 15 min walk into the town centre. The owner of the cottage was so helpful and a lovely lady as well. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay and wouldn't hesitate to recomnmend this cottage to anyone wishing to visit a great part of southern Ireland.
