Nicely renovated, charming house, with aircon and a comfy swimming pool with crystalclear water. The host is very nice, she prepared a bottle of Prosecco and dessert for us which we enjoyed after a long drive when we arrived. Coffee was available for us during our whole stay. The location of the apartment is excellent if you arrive by car. Nice view from the garden, a few minutes drive from Viareggio which has a long beach suitable for families. Local shop and a coffeshop is also close by. There is free parking. I would come again.

Everything about our stay at Il Melograno was exceptional. The house is large, and it had everything we ever needed — linen, towels, dishes, wine glasses, champaign glasses, board games, you name it. It was very clean but felt like a home, not a rental. The yard is the true gem of the property and offers a million different places to sit or lay down and enjoy the breeze and the awesome views from the hilltop. Our hostess Eva was most gracious and helpful in every way. We felt like we were staying with a friend. Thank you!

The kitchen got more utensils than you usually get. Extra point for the possibility to make a laundry at the place. The swimming pool was great (eco friendly) as well as surroundings of it such as grill, table tennis, table football, Bluetooth speakers and Wi-Fi.
