Beautiful house, with everything you could wish for, decorated with taste. Large and confortable bedrooms, AC in each bedroom which in a great plus in summer (even though we found sleeping with the windows open was the best way to cool down), fly screen on all windows, the pool, the sun beds, the bbq… everything is there for you to have your best Italian summer. Simonetta and Angelo are perfect hosts, we would have stay another week if we could.

Leonardo was wonderful and personable, made us feel very at home. Offers a unique and relaxing stay in an ancient home that is nicely renovated. Overall it was a welcoming, distinctive, lovely experience. We hope Leonardo is successful with his new airbnb!

Very new, spacious and beautifully furnished accommodation. The host and his family were always available in case we needed something and checked themselves whether everything was in order. But at the same time they were very discreet. In addition to the beautiful small house we lived in, we also had a large garden with sunbeds and our own terrace with seating and a grill available to us. Parking right in front of the house on your own land is also no problem. The house does not have Wi-Fi, but this is all stated in the description and, on the contrary, it leads to an even better rest from the surrounding world. Big cities - Lucca and Pisa are very close to reach. The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations!

The location is ideal for exploring larger and smaller Tuscan cities as well as the countryside. It is possible to complement your exploration by swimming at the sea, which is not too far away and there are also nice public beaches nearby. Communication with the hosts was always smooth and pleasant. Overall, we recommend the place to families with children who want to really enjoy and get to know Tuscany. Many thanks for a peaceful and relaxing holiday!!!

Owner and their family was super kind and more than helpful! Even when i had some problem with my car they glady helped out, on the next morning to communicate with the locals, so i got my car back working really quick :) They responded quickly every time and also made some nice recommendations for the area. Instructions about the house were also on paper and really good and clear. They also opened the garden shed where the washing machine is located and even said the grill with coal is for free usage!

Very good big apartment with charming garden. Very nice and helpful owners. Good equipment. Good lokalisation for trips to interesting place in Toskania (Pisa, Lukka, Florence).

Property is very well maintained and super clean. Owners Roberto and Monia are very friendly and hospitable. We had an apartment on the first floor but due to a cancellation Roberto offered us to stay in the apartment downstairs when we arrived. Swimming pool is very nice but too cold for the time of year (April) to swim. Our kids enjoyed the trampoline. Kitchen and bathroom amenities were very good. There were also basics like salt, pepper, toilet paper, etc. Washing machine was also available at no extra cost.
