Beautiful location north of Amsterdam, worth the visit itself. We went there with our dog and we especially liked the little creek at the end of the garden. The owner gave us lots of helpful tips on things to do, or visit (Marken, Monnickendam,...)

The stay at The Dutch buoy was absolutely fantastic. Great accommodation in a great location. The house is fully and stylishly equipped. The morning breakfasts overlooking the picturesque canal street were amazing. Check in and check out was perfectly organized with all the necessary information and recommendation for the stay, trips, etc. There was no problem with parking our car right in front of the house. Thank you very much for a very pleasant time spent with the family in such a nice place.

This is an exceptional property with a superb, thoughtful host in Johanna. I can’t praise it enough. The B&B is cosy and styled very well. Extremely well equipped - everything has been thought of. Secure parking right on the large drive. Johanna welcomed us with lovely gifts of delicious cake, fruit juice and Prosecco. She was so helpful in suggestions for getting to Amsterdam. And the location is wonderful. I’ve been to Netherlands a number of times before but never to the Waterland area. It is a magical, special rural area. Great place to base yourself - in the countryside but easy to travel to Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmere.
