This was the highlight of our trip around Europe, much due to the warm welcome when we arrived. Don't forget to visit the local restaurant. Could spend much more time here.

We travelled with our 3 young kids and stayed the week. They aboslutely love hanging out with the animals (goats, chickens, horses etc) with the owners and sitting on the grass terrace (south facing with sun all day) for meals and playing sport. We enjoyed hanging out and doing some small trips to the city.

Located in the old town, Staedel in the heart of the northern Vosges,100 metres from the Château de la Petite Pierre, Les Chambres - Au Grès du marché provides a restaurant and free WiFi. I don't even know how to start expressing the enthusiasm after staying in this place. First of all, the pictures do not do it justice. In real life, the place is much more beautiful than the pictures. The property is so beautifully designed and arranged and it's a mixture of very modern design with traditional/keeping it's origins. Beautiful! Spotless clean! There is also a common area on the ground floor, to hang out, and a fully equipped kitchen (with a big fridge). There is also a coffee machine and tea maker. In the area there aren't many options for grocery shopping, as the place is rather remote, so, make sure you come prepared in case you do not want to eat out. There are restaurants opened in the village center, in case the restaurant from the hotel is not opened. Oh, and the other shops in the village and around usually open around 10:00 (la boulagerie though, was opened around 06:00 or 07:00 - I cannot remember exactly as I was blinded by the tastiness of those amazing gorgeous products that I purchased from them, hehehehe). The breakfast was soooooo delicious. And the croissants....divine! There was also a huge range of local honey and local jams (all absolutely amazing). The bread was perfection as well. Another thing that I found amazing was the how the owner would switch from speaking French, to speaking English, to speaking German! There are plenty of things to do in and around this little gem of a village, so I would definitely return for a longer stay, to also go hiking around the area.

Le Grand Petit Prince - Domaine de Charme - Jacuzzis privatifs se găsește în localitatea Guebwiller din regiunea Alsacia și oferă cazare cu WiFi gratuit și parcare privată gratuită, precum și acces la... Very nice house with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. In the wood, but very close to civilization 😄.

Gîte Dubois se află în Romanswiller, la 25 km de Zénith de Strasbourg și la 30 km de Muzeul de Istorie Strasbourg, și oferă facilități de grătar și vedere la munte. We really had good time here! Family Dubois is really kind. The apartsment is big snd well orgsnized.

Gîte De La Ferme se află în Gundolsheim, la aproximativ 19 km de Gara Colmar și la 20 km de Casa Capetelor, și include facilități de grătar. we liked that it was closed off the street and the facilities were great.

Le Gîte bleu se află în Willgottheim, la doar 18 km de Zénith de Strasbourg, și oferă acces la o grădină și facilități de grătar, precum și un bancomat. property was beautiful, very clean and full of nice details, very cosy. our host Eric was very fine and nice person, always there willing to make our stay wonderful. full of nice details. the welcoming Champaign was a very nice touch of the french elegance. the surprise every morning with a basket of fresh bread is a very nice detail.

Gite "Karcher" se află în cartierul Colmar Old Town din Colmar, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Biserica colegială Saint-Martin și la 700 m de Casa Capetelor, și oferă vedere la oraș. Camera a fost drăguță, decorată in stil rustic specific zonei, totul curat și funcțional. Zona de Bucătărie dotata cu tot ce trebuie. Baia mare, curată și bine luminata, cu mult spațiu pentru cosmetice. Am fost întâmpinați cu o sticla de vin din partea casei. La gara am ajuns pe jos, pentru a lua trenul spre satele de vis ale Alsaciei.

Notre maison à Eguisheim se află în Eguisheim, la 6 km de Gara Colmar, și oferă WiFi gratuit, o grădină și parcare privată gratuită. We loved this place! A beautiful traditional house right in the center of Eguishem, one of the most beautiful villages in France... and it is indeed very beautiful! The house was much larger than expected and was very comfortable for our family of 4. We loved all the little touches and the nice fire place. It felt warm and cozy. The street the house is located in is beautiful and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the village early in the morning before the crowd arrives. As previous reviews mentioned, the allocated parking spot is in a narrow street and it can be a bit tight to park if you have a large car. We had a medium size SUV and had no problem to park. It was nice to have a parking sport right by the house. And yes the stairs to the 2nd floor/3rd floor could be a bit steep for older people, but our teens had no problem.
