The property is spacious with a large enough bathroom and patio / garden / yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

The property is not within the city centre but even so I would recommend it for those who have a car because it’s very close to the city. It is an amazing small house with a beautiful green garden. My stay there was one of the best I have ever experienced. Super clean and neat, the owner was very nice, the shower is very modern and everything was comfortable and cozy. It is definitely worth 10 stars!!

Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can easily cook there. The garden is nice and some beautiful turtles live there. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

MYO Cagliari Charming House is situated in Cagliari. Popular points of interest around the property include National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari and Sardinia International Fair. it’s fantastic place, only few rooms on the floor. close to some pedestrian area. Paid parking near the location 2-3 min walking distance. Host is fast and helpful with info and suggestions.

It was excellent accommodation in pleasant location, close to the main market. The host lady was very helpful. The flat was very clean and really up-to-date, very quiet. Easy access by bus to the centre. Cafes and restaurants nearby.

Casa Dell’Artista is amazing, everything was prepared nicely by the lovely host Chiara (and I really mean everything from the welcome dinner to all the food in the fridge to everyday breakfast to biscuits+chocolates+candy to beer+wine to beach umbrellas slippers food bag beach hat sunscreen washing machine fans air conditioning microwave oven cooking utensils coffee machine smart TV jacuzzi pool!!! 🤩). We didn’t have to bring anything as everything was already there, we have to collect our breakfast from Pasticceria Manuel though ☺️ It’s unimaginable how Chiara could be so thoughtful to her guests. Location wise, it is walking distance to many tourist spots of Cagliari old town, otherwise bus stop is just 2min walk away. This homestay is a really memorable!
