Casa da Portela ligger i Caminha, 3 km fra Camarido Strand, 24 km fra Viana do Castelos skibsværfter og 30 km fra Golfe de Ponte de Lima. Der er have og grillfaciliteter. I loved everything about this stay, so much so that I extended my stay and then came back for two more days after exploring another area for a day. Marília is a wonderful host, and she delivers a beautiful breakfast basket every morning, filled with coffee, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and home baked goodies. The space was perfect for me, with a comfortable, firm bed, fabulous shower, super fast WiFi, a day bed that doubles as a couch, and a big table for writing/working. I didn't use the kitchen much, because there were excellent vegetarian options in Caminha (Cantina do Bem and Jeni's Diner). I will definitely be back! Thank you Marília! There a few things you can't tell from the photos: - The ceiling on the ground floor is relatively low. Tall people will have to watch the clearance. - Access to the spacious upstairs bedroom is by ladder rather than by stairs. I found it easy to navigate, but it could be difficult if you have mobility challenges. - The apartment is accessed by two sets of uneven stone steps. Again, it could be challenging if you're not fully mobile.

Chalet Villas Gerês ligger i Geres i en historisk bygning, 700 m fra Geres Thermal Spa. Det er en nyrenoveret villa med udendørs swimmingpool og have. The location was great. Felt secluded but was an easy walk into the village. There are small supermarkets within walking distance and also a variety of restaurants too. We liked the restaurant at the top end of town - it was attached to a hotel and spa. We self catered a lot of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped for all cooking. We stocked up on supplies at the large Continente supermarket in Lanhoso - on our way there. A lot of thought has gone into the small touches etc. It was spotlessly clean! Susana and Tomas very friendly and welcoming. I needed medical attention and Susana helped me with organising that. Nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated the cheese and bottle of rose on our arrival. We liked the restaurant at the top end of town- the one attached to a hotel and spa. O The air conditioning worked really well and was needed as for the first two days it was over 38 degrees! Overall - a wonderful stay!

Casa João Rodas tilbyder indkvartering med have og terrasse, ca. 40 km fra Geres Thermal Spa. Overnatningsstedet har balkon, gratis privat parkering og gratis wi-fi. I loved everything about the cottage and its surroundings. I hope to return for a longer stay in the not too distant future.

Quinta da Casa Matilde - NATURE HOUSE ligger i Geres og tilbyder indkvartering med aircondition og balkon. Denne feriebolig har terrasse og udsigt til haven. Stunning house. Private but still close to everything. 2nd bathroom was a bonus. Hosts were lovely. Be aware of the narrow road. But not a problem for us.

Villa Garcia ligger kun 25 km fra Canicada-søen og tilbyder indkvartering i Terras de Bouro med adgang til gratis cykler, have samt døgnåben reception. 24th-29th Sept.2022. The property is perfect, great kitchen well equipped and very spacious lounge. Wonderful to sit out in the lawned garden with a view to die for. It is in a great location being 20 minutes drive from major walking trails, 20 minutes drive to town with large supermarket and restaurants and only 20 minutes walk to a cafe/bar. The village is a mixture derelict and occupied cottages. The locals are extremely friendly. Best of all is the owner Deolinda who is an extremely warm, friendly and generous person who supplied not only the basic goods but also cake, biscuits, beer and vegetables from her garden. Of the 3 properties we stay at this was the best and we were very sad to leave and would definitely return. Richard and Eileen

Casas do Bau har udsigt til haven og tilbyder indkvartering med terrasse, ca. 7,4 km fra Canicada-søen. Denne feriebolig har udsigt over floden, balkon og swimmingpool. Absolutely beautiful house and scenery! We loved every second of our time here. It was clean, spacious, private and beautiful. Could not have hoped for more.

Casa Nossominho ligger i Vila Nova de Cerveira i regionen Norte og har terrasse. Location close to Camino, good grocery store, and town center. Very clean. Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you could need to make an amazing dinner.

Casa de Bairros ligger under 45 km fra Geres Thermal Spa og 49 km fra Sao Bento da Porta Aberta Sanctuary i Soajo. Der tilbydes indkvartering med opholdsområde. Der er også egen indgang. Lejligheden ligger meget autentisk i de snævre gader i byen. Der er kort til indkøb, spisesteder og vandreture. Soajo er en fantastisk smuk og rar lille by

Villa Margaridi ligger i Guimarães, blot 1,6 km fra Guimarães Slot, og tilbyder indkvartering med bjergudsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Margaridi at the start of September. The location, close to Guimaraes, was perfect as was our host Jose and his colleague Hugo. Both offered welcome, information and outstanding hospitality with evening port, special green tea and an interesting tour of the historic garden. Our villa was comfortable with a beautiful view over the garden. The kitchenette was well stocked and bread and croissants arrived each morning. I do not hesitate to recommend a stay at the Villa and agree with all the positive comments made by previous guests.
