The Waverley House Hotel offers a warm welcome to all its guests. Situated in the heart of historic Bloomsbury, the hotel is ideally placed for the West End and City and is close to tourist attractions like the British Museum and Covent Garden. Russell Square underground station and the Airbus connections are only two minutes walk away. The hotel offers accommodation to both business travellers and tourists in a very comfortable 'club' atmosphere. Guests can relax over a drink or two in Deans Bar whether at the end of a hard day or in the middle of a relaxing one.

Food in restaurant was excellent and good value

1st room very small with an uneven floor! 2nd room door wouldn't shut properly and was located outside lift where sensored light kept gong on and off all night.

Excellent insulation from outside street noise. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Closing mechanisms on room and bathroom doors cause them to slam and some guests still active at 2-3am so I was awoken several times. Could not fathom the air conditioning unit and room was very warm.

Not a lot! To be fair the staff were very polite and seemed to be doing a good job under difficult circumstances.

The dining room layout was overcrowded and cramped.

the service at breakfast was a shambles, not the staff's fault there were too few of them for the volume of people wanting to eat.
