Great city with lots to do, the Guggenheim is a must see. There is loads of nightlife and the Tapas is amazing. I would highly recommend Bilbao and have recommended it to my friends many people visit Barcelona but Bilbao has so much to offer to all visitors very near the sea beautiful beaches beautiful mountains beautiful scenery and friendly people as well as good bars excellent food. I can't wait to return and stay for longer before Walking in the Pyrenees mountains. Bilbao and surrounding cities and towns are a fantastic place to stay in the summer and winter skiing surfing climbing it has everything to offer for all age groups. Direct flights from Manchester and London less than two hours from Manchester. It would be beneficial to people from the West of Manchester in Liverpool to be able to fly to Bilbao from John Lennon Airport Liverpool. It's very easy to travel from the airport to the city centre only 15 minutes by taxi to the city centre.
