This was a Resque for us after the bad experience at Secréte suites. We just stopped in and got a room for the night. The owner even spent time with us in the morning to talk about ”old” times.

Staff was wonderful! Went above and beyond in helping me with different issues such as taxi rides/ bus, my food allergies for breakfast. Extremely kind!

Note: We were here in october, in the off season, I don't know what it's like during tourist season at the height of summer.
On arrival we were a bit stunned because it felt different from the cities of Quartucciu and Cagliari, where we had come through earlier. It felt a bit more run down, but after a few minutes we felt right at home and the city is a lovely mix of lively roads with plenty to do, and quiet winding narrow streets with hidden churches and courtyards.
We never once felt unsafe here, though the drivers will run you over if you're not careful, like everywhere in Italy. Everyone was lovely and we love to see a community where different classes and ethnicities intermingle in everyday life.
The market was a bit of a let down, but all the local shops, bars and restaurants more than made up for it. It's close to the beach too, you could even walk there in about 20 minutes.

Very helpfull owners who take us to the airport and the beautiful Villasimius beach. A big appartment near beach and busstop. There was even a washing machine in the appartment that helped us a lot, because we have packed lightly.

Quartu Sant’Elena is both a large suburb and a long stretch of second homes along the coast. Looking for a holiday home aim for the coastal area along the Poetto beach and towards La Capitana. The large suburban area has supermarkets and local shops. House there are usually in tall blocks of flats. For a cocktail on the beach is either La Capitana or the other end of Poetto -

The only thing that I did not like in Quartu is that the buses ends early in the evening. HoweverPQ are accurate on time but the other bus Arst are not accurate. A car is required to enjoy more Cagliari.
Poetto beach is a blessing few mins away from Quartu.

This place is super clean and cozy!
Perfect location if you want to stay close to beach/enjoy sea view. Altho its quite far from city center, we didnt had problem with it as we had a rental car.
Free parking close to house.
Check in/out is super easy and the host is very helpful.
We would stay there again for sure, if we ever return the island! Very much recommended!

The truth is that we wanted to stay in Cagliari itself, but properties there were too expensive and without parking, so this seemed the best choice. For people wanting to visit Cagliari, Quartu Sant'Elena is too touristic and far away (30 min by car, plus the time to find a parking spot in Cagliari, although busses do exist). However, the village, being touristic, has many supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, etc.

Fulvio & Barbara & Lara(beautiful dog) welcomed us with such warmth. The hotel is exceptional and beautiful. Location is great and Fulvio pointed us in the right direction to beautiful beaches and places of interest. Handy to restaurants and shops. The breakfast Fulvio & Barbara made with love and was delicious. Thank you again. 10 big stars. Steve & Vicki.
The stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and always smelled nice. The breakfast was very tasty and Simona always tried her best. She also lent me an umbrella for the beach and chatted with me in the evenings. Both owners were very friendly and kind. I strongly recommend a visit. :)
Our room was on the seventh floor, offering a fantastic view. It was very clean and spacious. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bed linens provided each day. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and if you rent a car, free parking is available.
The hotel is older, but clean, close to the main road, and public transport to go to the beach or to the city is in front.
Nice restaurants within walking distance.
Clean swimming pool, good breakfast, kind personnel, and safe parking.
Very fair price for the stay.
Very friendly staff, top location on Poetto beach,Everything was Perfect, staying in the suite exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend booking this Hotel.
