We walked in without a booking and within 15 minutes, we were driving a great condition Mitsubishi SUV away, no deposit, no fuss, friendly quick service from Auckland Apex near Naumi hotel, which you need to stay at for a great relaxing atmosphere with a great sized room for an even better pricce, just to forget all the travel stress. From there if your heading south from Naumi Hotel, driving in you Apex hire car, you absolutely must stop at a fish n chip shop you'll spot on the right hand side, on a small rising, called Fish Faze. They make everything you see in the fridges, other that punnets of oysters and mussels. Everything else is perfection. Good location, close to airport and manawa bay shopping center aswell as my appointment. Bit of rain but luckily that was at night so I could still enjoy a bit of sun during the day. Traffic is busy early around 7-9am and really busy 5-630pm. Manawa Bay is the new place to shop aswell as eat. Lots of discounts. There's a few good restaurants within easy walking distance and the Domain, which is just a jewel in the Auckland CBD landscape.
