The Stanley Hotel in Nancy offered a wonderful stay with friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a great location near the city center. We received a surprise room upgrade, enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The only minor downside was some noise from other guests, but overall, it was a great experience. The inner city, especially Place Stanislas, was very beautiful. Make sure to go there in the evening too when the sun is setting. Else wise , it wasn't too crowded with tourists and the sights are all within walkable distance from each other. As always, be sure to check the opening hours of the buildings, especially the churches.
