The property was in a good location being only 10 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. Walk the short cut to the towers and KLCC park through the car park next to the Grand Hyatt where hop on hop off stop number 10 is. Club lounge was good value. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Wished we had found Back street food in alley way directly behind the hotel earlier. Found it Sunday when it was closed. Convenience store on site handy. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed comfortable.

    Loved food street.

    Loved food street. Unfortunately didn’t book long enough in advance to go up to Petronas towers. Also couldn’t buy tickets for Hop on Hop Off Bus as it was Sunday. So many great dining options. From the airport it took about 30 mins in express train to KL Sentral Station. Walked across the road to hotel. Hotel had large shopping mall attached. It’s easy to get around KL

    Amazing place it is.

    Amazing place it is. I recommend making your own itinerary and seeing places yourself without a guide. I went to Malacca, Johor Baru, Cameron Highlands and all of these places are mind blowing. I couldn't visit Kota Bharu, George Town and Langkawi. So i am definitely coming back. The country is very Muslims friendly and you will find plethora of place to offer salah while traveling. Very economical in terms of money. I loved everything about this place.

    The most tropical vibrant city I have visited in my lifetime. The people are very pleasant and accomdating. The food is amazing and can cater for different food preferences. The rich cultures that live in harmony is a rare site. Most of the people speak 3 languages. No difficulty in travel with good domestic flights, trains and cabs. Vast array of shopping mall. Various activities, theme parks and leisure available. I enjoyed every moment. Jalan Afor night food market had great street food and enclosed restaurants , well worth a try. Many botanical gardens like KL Bird Park worth a visit. Batu caves is a rare site. Multiple temples and mosques are available to view and access for worship or tourist visits welcomed.

    Excellent stay, I booked 2 days before my trip - I requested for interconnecting rooms by booking 1 king bed and 2 queen beds rooms in order to get the interconnecting room. The beds are huge and the pillows were really comfortable. We were also given level 24 rooms which has great views! My family of 2A 3C had a good night sleep in the spacious. Hotel is located next to Nu Sentral and KL Sentral rapid. The breakfast spread was good and I like the Teh Tarik. The staff are very polite and always smiling. We will definitely return.

    The property is very conveniently located to Pudu Sentral bus stop (airport transfer buses start from Pudu to KLIA 2 and vice versa) and also other metro stations which are all within 800m. There are many convenient stores, pharmacies which are located within close proximity to the hotel, including a Sri Lankan restaurant and bar. A mini bar (although not stocked) was available. The room is good for a city hotel but it needs a bit of refurbishment. Overall passable.

    Room is small by many hotel standards, but perfect for a short solo biz trip. Smart use of space with the underbed storage and safe. Love the art and attention to design throughout the hotel. Location is fantastic, a very short walk from Jalan Alor/Bukit Bintang. The main road outside the hotel is convenient to get to KL Sentral and Chinatown with fairly smooth traffic, easy to book Grab rides.
