The fine print
The Club Oasis wet areas will undergo maintenance on January 6, 2025 (Monday), March 3, 2025 (Monday), May 5, 2025 (Monday), July 7, 2025 (Monday), September 1, 2025 (Monday) and November 3, 2025 (Monday). Both the locker rooms and the sauna area will be closed during the maintenance period.
綠洲健身中心將於2025年01月06日( 週一 )、2025年03月03日( 週一 )、2025年05月05日(週一)、2025年07月07日(週一)、2025年09月01日(週一)及2025年11月03日(週一)進行男女三溫暖及更衣室區域例行設施維修；維修期間，其他設施如健身房、游泳池皆維持正常營運。
Club Oasis Fitness Centre:
- Encompassing both indoor and outdoor facilities, Club Oasis Fitness Centre is located on the 5th floor and is completed with the latest fitness equipment, sauna and outdoor heated swimming pool.
- Please do not wear swimsuit or other clothing while using the sauna.
- Children under 16 are not allowed to use the sauna.
- The fitness centre opens 24 hours daily, while hotel staff are only available from 05:30 to 23:00.
- Guests can use the room key to access the fitness centre.
Oasis Spa:
- Oasis Spa provides more than 10 all-natural body treatments, massages and signature skincare products.
- The spa centre opens from 11:00 to 22:00.
- The final spa appointment can be booked at 21:00.
Prepayment and refunds are subject to local jurisdiction and regulations.
With effect from 4 January 2021 onwards, non World of Hyatt members are required to pay a fee of $350 per person per usage when using 5F sauna and attending aerobic classes.
Please be informed of the following parking regulations at Grand Hyatt Taipei.
- Enjoy free parking one car per room during stay
- For parking after check-out, an hourly fee of NT$70 will be charged
Starting from 01 April 2021, we offer 24 hour complimentary parking per car per room for 1 night stay (count from the entry time), $70 per hour will be charged for additional hours.
- In support of government policies on plastic reduction and our commitment to environmental sustainability, Grand Hyatt Taipei will phase out the provision of single-use amenities.
Starting January 1, 2025, small bottled toiletries and disposable personal hygiene items (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam, combs, and shower caps) will no longer be proactively provided in guest rooms. Guests may request these items at the Front Desk if needed.
Beginning July 22, 2025, the proactive provision of all such single-use items will be discontinued entirely. This policy will also be implemented at Club Oasis.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
