Located directly behind Burgundy St, this modern and tastefully decorated ground floor apartment is only a 5 minute walk to the Austin & Warringal Hospitals and Heidelberg train station. A peaceful sanctuary right in the heart of Heidelberg, this apartment has direct access to Cartmell St, with restaurants and shopping right on your doorstep. Nearby is the Yarra River and Darebin Parklands - perfect for a bike ride (cycle to the city!) or walk with the dog. This apartment is a home away from home, with air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. A large walk in rain shower with a selection of toiletries is provided. Enjoy the 52 inch flat screen TV with free Netflix while using the super quiet dishwasher. 100% cotton bed linen and towels are supplied, European pillows, plus a gorgeous outdoor undercover terrace area connecting with the inside via a full wall of glass stacker doors. Well behaved fur babies are welcome!
