Please note that when booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Property does not accept contactless payments.
Reception hours: 8 AM to 10 PM. There is no after-hours check in available. For lost keys between 10 PM and 8 AM (when reception is closed), guests will pay £100 call out fee.
Property undergoing renovation works from 1st of April 2025 until 1st of February 2026,- there might be some noise from construction during working hours.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
