Situated on the beach protected by sand dunes with access to the beach, and the many beachside walking tracks.Beachfront Holiday Home located in Hobarts up and coming seaside suburb of Lauderdale. Once full of old charming beach shacks the suburb has undergone significant renovations to create a simply stunning modern beachside community, the home is thoughtfully designed to enhance the stunning water location on Frederick Henry Bay. The space (optional) The perfect beach house for the perfect getaway or hideaway you chose, just relax and listen to waves wash away your troubles. Entering from the front deck into the lounge room you find a large comfy lounge with a smart TV with Netflix. For those who want to sit back and chill, maybe read a book there are two swivel recliners. The airconditioned kitchen and island bench like most of the house has undertaken a major reconstruction, The newly renovated kitchen has all the modern appliances, namely a manual expresso machine with pod capability, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, oven just to list a few appliances. Off the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. There are two large bedrooms one with a King size bed and the other a Queen size (Tasmanian made mattresses) , both bedrooms have electric blankets, and panel heaters as well as well ample hanging space. The beach can be accessed across the road through the family friendly park. Salamanca Market is open every Saturday, rain or shine, from 8.30am to 3pm. I would also recommend the Farm Gate Market, which runs on a Sunday morning from 8.30am to1pm.
