Apartment was recently fully renovated and specially furnished by the local architect. The apartment was selected as one of the great design examples by indizajn/rtl croatia.
The apartment features 1 living room with big sofa, 1 bedroom with king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (+ Netflix), an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
Above the apartment there is a roof top terrace (almost private) with great sea view and view of the city of Pula.
Apartment is located in the city center but in a quiet and green area. By foot you can reach main attractions such as National Football Stadium "Aldo Drosina", famous Fish and Food Market, Montezaro Park, Arch of the Sergii, Fortress Kastel, Forum Square. Roman Amphitheater is just 10 minutes of a nice walk through the city center.
Popular City Mall is just 3 minutes by car. Here you can find many popular brands for clothes, shoes, groceries and many more.
Since the main police station is located just across the building, the neighborhood is very safe and your car will be safe. In case of any accidents or you need to see a doctor, the main hospital is just around the corner.
It is very convenient to take car route with "Prekomorskih Brigada" Street and reach in 7 minutes sea and famous beaches in "Verudela", "Zlatne Stijene" (Golden Rocks) and "Pjescana Uvala" (Sandy Beach).
Popular restaurants, coffee shops and pubs are 5 minutes walk towards city center.
