This lovely townhouse is ideal for families or couples and is located just a 2-minute walk from the beach. It has everything you need for a perfect getaway, including a resort-style pool, tennis court, and games room. The complex is completely secure, so it's perfect for families with kids. You'll have free onsite parking and access to kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard for use at the nearby child-friendly beaches. There is a licenced IGA that also does takeaway food only 300m up the road.
The townhouse has 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, a double/single bunk plus a single bed in BR3, and a small divan bed in the master if needed.
However, since this is a family-oriented complex with owners living on-site, we kindly ask that guests be respectful and mindful of their behaviour and noise during their stay. Short-term rental guests who are excessively noisy or who display unacceptable behaviour may be asked to leave the complex.
