Tucked away at the rear of a small, quiet, beautifully maintained complex of two-storey townhouses. It's an easy walk to some of Hobart’s top restaurants and shopping including Salamanca Market. It's just 150m to the beach for an early morning dip, or bracing walk depending on the season. The space (optional) The home easily accommodates 4 people upstairs in two generous and well-appointed separate bedrooms. The huge front bedroom even has a sun-drenched reading nook. The kitchen and bathroom have both been totally renovated with top quality fittings to provide a modern, convenient and even luxurious experience. This living space is amazing, with all new modern stylish furniture just added. It's got everything you need to relax after a long day of exploring. Warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer with a reverse cycle air conditioner plus upstairs heating. A designated off-street parking space adjacent to townhouse makes it extra convenient to check in and to unpack shopping. (Kitchen is downstairs). There is a great sunny rear garden with outdoor table and chairs, plus BBQ, a perfect spot for enjoying your meals or morning coffee.
