Newly renovated spacious family home in the scenic Cooley Peninsula. Just 5km from Carlingford with its restaurants, cafés, shops, Escape Rooms and outdoor activities-hiking, Sky Park, Adventure Centre and the Carlingford-Omeath Greenway. This private retreat offers an opportunity to enjoy the peace & quiet of the countryside, local hikes / walks or a day relaxing at the beach. With Dundalk and Newry nearby there are other opportunities available – outdoor pursuits, shopping and cinemas Newly renovated home with all amenities - wi-fi, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 TVs, mini hi-fi system and all kitchen utensils and appliances. Two sitting rooms with open fires and central heating throughout. Large enclosed garden with garden furniture where you can relax in the suntrap at the side of the house. Ample space for children to play and enjoy the freedom of the countryside ( basketball stand, basketballs, footballers, space hoppers supplied). Indoor toys, games and books also supplied.
