This beautifully renovated holiday home so close to Hobart's historic Salamanca Markets, Hobart's premier suburb, and just minutes away from the city centre. Perfectly located this is a large, tastefully appointed, family and dog-friendly home with stylish decor, and easy level access. The space (optional) With four bedrooms, three are generous doubles (two with Queen beds, one with a Double bed) and the fourth has a single bed and a trundle. The main bedroom has a large ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The main bathroom is spacious and has a fabulous bathtub, perfect for stretching out, relaxing and having a soak after a day’s sightseeing. Separate office for those who have to work on their holidays. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area at the back of the home is light filled and modern. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a coffee machine. This area opens onto a north facing deck which is set up for outdoor dining and overlooks the garden. There is a separate laundry, NBN connectivity, a third toilet and plenty of parking.

Neighbourhood information

Sandy Bay is a safe and picturesque neighborhood with tree lined streets and some beautiful homes. You can go for a walk along the waterfront or grab a coffee from one of the many cafes. It's also a family friendly neighborhood, with plenty of parks, easy access to restaurants and supermarkets and only a short distance from the city centre and Wrest Point Casino. There is a dog-friendly beach just a 15-minute walk from the house.
