Part of the structure has been restored maintaining the original decor, another part has been used as a tool shed, storage and oil storage (the owner produces organic oil). The property has many different fruit trees, oranges, tangerines, figs, plums, pomegranates, etc., which are available to guests. The owner lives in a family house about 50 meters from the villa. The villa extends over the first floor: in the living area two large rooms of about 50 m² each (dining room, living room), the kitchen area is equipped with a professional kitchen and a bathroom (without shower); in the night area are four bedrooms with private bathroom with shower. The bedrooms, two triple and two quadruple, are in the noble furnishing style of the 19th century.
