The pool was a little weird to get to from our room, but the kids loved it anyway! We loved the convenience of the breakfast and location within minutes of arenas.

Lovely hotel which I find is one of the best Comfort hotels I ever stayed in the past. Breakfast is very good, staff is very nice and helpful, room is lovely, beds are very comfortable, swimming pool is beautiful. Clean and nice hotel. Loved the location as it has joined door with Kelseys which was very convenient for my senior parents to go to when they need a meal. It is also very close to the down town, just 8min drive. The hotel exceeded my expectations

We were there for one night and everything was pretty perfect. A hearty, tasty breakfast ♥️ — just missing a bit of vegetables to dilute its density 😉. There is coffee and tea in the lobby, and parking is free. Keep in mind that: * they withdraw a $100 CAD deposit with a physical card only — not with contactless payment, *there’s no freezer compartment in the room’s fridge. Overall, it’s a good-quality hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. the continental breakfast was good. We were in the middle of an ice storm without power for a lengthy period but facilities maintained hot water and provide lanterns. Exceptional considering conditions

Our family was pleased to stay at Sandy Shore Cottages over the Easter weekend. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with all necessary equipment and lots of kitchen utensils. The large panoramic windows overlooking Rice Lake offer stunning views of sunsets. The resort offers a variety of amenities including boat rentals/fishing, a swimming pool (open during summer), a small sandy beach, a sauna and more - so all family members could find their own entertainment opportunities.
