Great room. Very comfortable and clean. The room is fairly spacious and has everything you need. Location cant be beat. Very friendly staff. Terrific breakfast. Nothing negative to say.

I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.

Everything was perfect. Hotel close to train Tasch station and around the hotel a lot of supermarket, nice place, staff hotels so friendly. I love here.

The staff are amazing. So happily helpful, kind, knowledgeable and love their jobs. The property is stunning. Every detail is more than expected. Excellent food, convenient to the gondola, the room is clean and very comfortable, the bathroom is incredible! Even the toilet is amazing!

This hotel is family owned. Virgil, our host, was an exceptional young man whose knowledge of the history of the area as well as the hotel made our stay all the more special. Views across the horizon, our own back garden, modern bathrooms in an otherwise quaint facility the BEST buffet we have had in our many visits to the area. A true gem.
