great location with great views. Clean, comfortable clean rooms. All staff always obliging and smiley. Bar and eating area very pleasant, lovely decor, always look clean and new. Great parking underneath hotel. Can’t fault it. Have been several times and always a great experience. Will use it again

Breakfast was great. Location was ideal for us. Near to all the things we went to see.

Location just off from the lovely Crosby Beach. Room was in front of hotel overlooking waterfront. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Character of hotel and ease to move around. Breakfast was exceptional, well done Chef 👍
