The property is new and in excellent condition. We had a very nice room with Ocean view. The restaurant i very good as well. Everything is great but what really marks a difference is the service. The room was even better than the pictures, the size and design are amazing, and the view from the balcony is amazing. We appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining a facility of this size, as well as the level of cleanliness, both in your room and throughout the hotel. A hand-painted porcelain tile covered the balcony floor of our room, linking the hotel to the ceramic work craft traditions of Capri and the Amalfi coast. This is just one example of the care and effort put into all aspects of the hotel's design. It seems that all the hotel's staff is committed to providing the highest level of service. Every guest is known by name by the hotel manager, Oliver, who passes between the tables and speaks to any guest at breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for three nights, but unfortunately, we weren't able to use all the facilities. We didn't visit the pool or jacuzzi, but we did take a spa treatment. Our stay at the hotel was an integral part of our overall excellent Capri experience and one of the main contributors to it.

A welcoming host for a wonderful stay in a great location. We stayed here for 2 nights and truly regret leaving so soon. We plan to return next year to stay for at least 5 days. Our room was very nicely decorated and just as comfortable as we expected. The location was quiet and near to shops & restaurants. Our host was very attentive and kept regular communication with us as needed. MariaTeresa's homemade cakes were delicious.
