The location was perfect and Luca, who welcomed us and guided us both before we arrived and upon our arrival, was warmly welcoming and helpful above and beyond. Among other things, we had a friend traveling with us who has some health issues and Luca went out of his way to ensure our friend’s comfort. We could not have been more pleased with him or the hotel.

Breakfast offered many items. Everything was fresh & presented well. The female employee tending to the food, beverages, tables, etc. was outstanding…..making sure food(s) were replenished, tables set perfectly. What a great employee !!!!

An amazing highly recommended stay prior to/after cruise! The staff is just amazing and helpful! We used the hotel’s transfer (for very reasonable price) from FCO airport to the hotel, the driver was perfect! In hotel we got an upgrade to the suite with breathtaking huge balcony! The hotel is very very clean!!! Very good breakfast! And transfer to the ship terminal! Everything, absolutely everything was perfect! Thanks a lot!!!

Great location especially if you are going on a cruise. Very good communication from the host - very quick to reply to all my questions prior to arrival. The host arranged a transfer for us from the airport direct to the accommodation. The accommodation was very spacious and really clean - I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
