Federica was very helpful with instructions regarding our arrival and our stay at the property. The room was very clean, attractive and well-appointed with new furnishings. For us the location was perfect—close to the city center and to our destinations in Latina. We will definitely return here during our next visit to Latina.

The staff was extremely kind. I booked in the middle of the night for an emergency and they helped me to get to the hotel. The following day I had great explanations on how to move around Latina from the reception. Room clean confortable and quiet.

Very beautiful, private guesthouse. We stayed only to get closer to Rome on our way home, but felt sad not to spend more time there since the place was so peaceful and full of small, interesting villages to visit. Incredible value, with attentionate and kind hosts. Would recommend to anyone.

the settings and the view, swimming pool was very nice, the grounds were very nice. Comfortable clean room and a very good breakfast. Free parking and a short drive to Roma Fumicino.

Property is beautiful well manicured. Rooms are modern, large and extremely comfortable. Breakfast excellent. In my twelve years traveling in Italy this was the best property we stayed at. You need a car, but it is only minutes from Anzio and Nettuno. Host and staff great.
