We only had time to stay a night but we were glad we chose New Life. We had one the loft suites with the 2 baths - hot and cold. It was lovely to relax on a rainy day. Our daughter loved the loft bed. The place is beautiful with lots of wood and tea trees. The staff were incredibly nice to us including the owner who spoke with us for a while. The breakfast buffet is extremely generous and delicious. An-Tong Hot Spring hotel is close by for a outdoor soak as well if you can justify leaving your pretty room.

The room and beds were very comfortable and the Japanese style design was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the hot spring in-room bath, and the Japanese-style breakfast was delicious.

All staff members were very friendly , we were feeling like at home. The dinner hot pot was two thumbs up and not expensive. Breakfast was also great. The indoor warm spring is super. Overall, it should be my#1 choice among 11 hotels during the 14-day Taiwan circulating trip . Thanks to all staff,

Very comfortable (I like softer beds, so I was happy, my other half prefers harder beds, so she wasn’t as pleased). Loved the casual, relaxed, do-you-own-thing atmosphere. The boss was a very friendly lady, and the location was quiet despite being between a road and the railway.
