Our room was impressively spacious, featuring large, comfortable beds, an expansive bathroom, and a generously sized TV. The retro-style sofa set and antique furniture were also fully functional, adding both character and comfort to the space. The wide hallway led to a delightful secret room, providing children with their own cozy retreat. Both afternoon tea and breakfast were beautifully presented and delicious, reflecting the same level of artistry and care evident in the hotel’s design. A truly remarkable stay that blends aesthetics, comfort, and culinary excellence.

Amazing staff, they are really kind and helpful, helped me with recommendations about all the area and helped me plan my stay here in Puli. Plus - the backpacker dorm here is not a real dorm, but more of small private room for 1 person which was great and way above my expectations

The staff were friendly & attentive, all three rooms were beyond expectations. Breakfast was as expected for a buffet style included in the price and had numerous options for both Western and Chinese style. We weren't expecting the following in our room, high quality tea, coffee, bottles of water, snacks, and beverages in the refrigerator. Actual potable drinking water system available in the room and if you preferred sparkling water, it is available down the hall next to the elevators. Parking available on site, be sure to have your license plate available at check in. Numerous restaurants and stores available in the immediate area (see map in your room guest folder). Money for value without question, would definitely stay again.
