Excellent hotel near the sea shore, pedestrian area and city center, clean, comfortable, excellent bed and bath linings. Beautiful sea view from the roof top during an excellent breakfast, with very friendly service. Free parking. Highly recommend! No chance for erros or mistakes!

Everything was just perfect. No need to comment anything, bcs everything was just fine, very clean, well organized and so comfy. We had a very nice stay there and the owners were great people. Free parking at the hotel. Really friendly staff, that helped us with everything we needed. Hotel itself was really clean, well designed and everything seemed pretty much brand new. Hotel Arsenal is absolutely the place to stay in Ksamil. The owners are so incredibly kind they make you feel like family! The breakfast is exceptional — served buffet style and with lots of options for every taste. The rooms are bright and clean and the bed is so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and cared for. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I will definitely be back and encourage friends and family to stay here when visiting Ksamil. I am extremely grateful for the time I spent at Hotel Arsenal and am already looking forward to the chance to return!

From the first day we arrived to the last, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt truly comfortable and at home. It was our first time in Ksamil and they gave us detailed information about things to do and places to go every day and were very helpful. The rooms were spotless clean, and the hotel was within walking distance of almost everything. We were able to walk to many restaurants and famous beaches. If we come again, this is where we'll stay! I'm not exaggerating!!
