Located in Nelly Bay, just 164 feet from the beach, Island Leisure Resort offers self-contained bungalows with a flat-screen TV. The property also features a swimming pool and tennis court. Great location- a block from the beach, a block from the $1 island bus, the pier and the park with Playground… The staff was friendly and the resort was beautiful, with lots of privacy, …loved the game room. Easy to see the whole island from there in two days. Or was like a whole house with full living room, kitchen, patio… Very quiet.

It was so easy to get to - a short walk from the ferry, and so easy access to the island bus service and walking tracks around Nelly Bay. The "tents" were extremely well appointed and comfortable!

Deluxe King Safari Tent 2 is a recently renovated luxury tent in Nelly Bay where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden, and terrace. Very close to Nelly Bay Marina where we had our boat moored. Very comfortable bed.

Bounce Magnetic Island and Koala Park - formerly Roamer showcases open-air building designs and communal spaces for guests. I loved my stay in the Bounce hostel. On my arrival (on a Sunday) they had a pizza night and a dj playing good music in the pool area, which was the perfect welcome for me. Great layout, immersed in the nature. If you are lucky enough you can spot koalas in the trees just around the hostel, wallabies and obviously possums. I found the kitchen never overcrowded and always clean. Good vibes, great staff. I would recommend this hostel 100%

Just a 9-minute walk from Geoffrey Bay Beach and 400 yards from Magnetic Island Marina, Deluxe Queen Tent 1 features accommodations in Nelly Bay with pool with a view, a garden, and barbecue... The tent was amazing, amazing setting right next to the ferry terminal, shops and restaurants! Really enjoyed our time here it was beautiful and peaceful, the glamping grounds were nice and compact it felt really comfy being there! The beds were extremely comfy, lovely decor and furniture in the tents too! Just perfect and an unforgettable stay

Offering a garden and barbecue facilities, Shambhala Retreat Magnetic Island Cottages in Nelly Bay is close to Nelly Bay Beach and Magnetic Island Marina. What a fantastic little cottage! I wandered down to Shambala from the Sealink terminal on Magnetic, easy walk with luggage. Cottage 1 is set in a serene tropical garden, super clean with enough room for 2 to 3 people to enjoy their inside time. Monica was extremely gracious and does a brilliant job looking after the property. Loads of wildlife, groovy outdoor shower, good little kitchen with extra touches. Recommended.
