Very good restaurant in the hotel! At night you can notice opossums 😄 The number was big and clean. We liked a lot the territory of the hotel.

Located in Barreirinhas, 3.4 miles from Church of Barreirinhas, Pousada Pura Vida has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. I loved staying at the Pousada and being looked after by Sorroco. The breakfast was delicious everyday with a variety of fruits and fresh juices, freshly cooked eggs, breads, cheeses and toasts. Our room was large and comfortable and Sorroco provided us with more blankets as needed. The whole pousada is bright and colorful. It is warm, inviting and has a friendly vibe. It also has a great view of the river Preguiça. The owners are a lovely friendly couple who helped us with local tours and recommendations for good restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Offering a restaurant and free breakfast, Hotel Pousada Rancho das Dunas is located in Santo Amaro. The accommodations will provide guests with a TV and air conditioning. There is also a dining table.... I am not a big fan of the "10% Taxa de Serviçio" what is spreading out in Brazil the last years, but this is the first and only time i really liked to pay it, because the Service was 1A! The place is perfect located - you can see the Dunes - the infrastrucure full of really nice details, the "Chales" have eversthing you need, and the Restaurant full of tradicional food of Maranhão! Congrats, haven't expected that in the wild wild State of Maranhão.
