Beautiful and comfortable hotel, close to a bus station. I loved the furnishing, the room smelled like pine wood which was really relaxing. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was perfect (I really appreciated the plant based milk variation).

It is a modern spacious appartment with excellent beds and a fully equiped kitchen. There is a DVD with a good screen. On the pleasant terrace you can enjoy sun early morning untill the beginning of the evening while there is good sun protection. The view on the mountains from the appartment is great and especially during sunset impressive. Although the location is very quiet, everything you need in the village is close by: 2 good fresh bakeries, a small but well assorted supermarket, a sennerei, and a butcher. There are a few good restaurants in the village and a dinner in the garden (or inside) of Aldier is really recommended: great food in a well balanced ambiance and with a good service. The village is a good starting point for walks in the mountains but a remarkable good system of bus connections will bring you in no time to all other villages in the surrounding where other good trails into the mountains start. And don’t forget to visit the Giacometti museum and to explore the work of children author Selena Chong like Schellen-Ursli.

Amidst the beautiful mountain landscape of the Engadine, the Schlosshotel Chastè enjoys an exceptionally quiet location in the holiday village of Tarasp, 7 km from Scuol. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was superb. We throughly enjoyed the fireplace in our junior suite which was spacious, warm, and inviting. Every little detail was thought of from hooks in the right places to enough hangars to coffee pods. The hotel is beautifully decorated, reflecting its long history. It's obvious that the family is very proud of their hotel and deservedly so.

Individually decorated rooms with mountain views are provided at Hotel Bellavista Ftan in Ftan. The hotel offers simply furnished rooms and features a restaurant serving Pizza and local dishes. The breakfast was buffet style and had plenty of everything imaginable. The hotel is about 50 steps from village center and bus stop

The Meisser Romantica belongs to the Meisser Resort and is located in the centre of the picturesque village of Guarda. The rooms have a private bathroom, satellite TV and free WiFi. Curated in every detail, great atmosphere for couples, historical. The spa in the building is a big plus.

The Scuol is an ultra-modern youth hostel characterized by bright wooden interiors and minimalist design. Guests can dine in the panoramic terrace or relax by the fireplace in elegant lounge. Breakfast was included, and it had the current standard European breakfast fare. Dinner was not included, but available at CHF.19.50 - morning booking requested by the hostel. This is a bargain by Swiss standards, The two dinners we had were very good: tasty, filling, as was breakfast. Both breakfast and dinner had elements that added up to good, balanced nutrition.

This hotel is set at the foot of Mount Baselgia, close to Zernez’s Reformed Church. It offers tennis courts and a wellness area. Zernez Train Station is 1 km away. We stayed at the new part of the building and the room was perfect. Modern alpine style with lots of wood, great lighting, noise insulation, underfloor heating in the bathroom, lots of sockets all done to a very high standard.
