The staff were friendly and very helpful, right from the doorman and reception staff to the lady who cleaned and replenished our room (daily). Our corner room - with bath and large shower - was a magnificent size with a panoramic view, giant comfortable bed and even electronically switchable opaque glass between bedroom and bathroom. We spent 6 days working in the Li-wan Plaza wholesale building which is an easy 10 minutes walk away, as is the jade market area, while main shopping streets are on the doorstep. Could not be better located for us. The comprehensive Asian/Western breakfast with hundreds of choices gave us the ideal start to the day, while some free drink tokens helped us relax in the bar at night. This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel although my wife has been staying here for business for many years and reports that it was extensively refurbished after COVID.

The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. The hotel is definitely one of the best 5* hotels we've been to, all the way from the facilities to the Staff. The people at the reception were very kind and always willing to help, especially Krystal. The room was exceptionally clean and well done, the bed was very comfortable. Congrats to the staff! Would definitely go back.

Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel completed an extensive renovation in 2022 through a design philosophy that follows contemporary aesthetics and community ambience. From the moment we arrived, the door man, front desk to concierge were attentive and efficient. Rooms were well kept, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is connected to the mall, which means at least we were able to avoid the extremely hot weather a bit. Many shopping and good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Guangzhou.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and an inviting atmosphere. The linens were luxuriously soft and high quality, making for a very comfortable stay. One unexpected highlight: the shampoo smelled amazing—just like pineapple gummy bears! Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.
