This was our fourth time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. We loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff, and the excellent facilities. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip in Shanghai.

Shanghai Hongqiao Heyitang Hotel Beixinjing Subway Station Branch features a fitness center, garden, a restaurant and bar in Shanghai. Perfect hotel, read till the end to see the big surprise. Close to everything, metro station at 5 min walk to take you directly to the airport or any other famous places to visit in Shanghai. The hotel is new, the room is big, the bed is comfortable and you are totally in the dark to sleep. There is a gym room. The staff people are all so nice and helpful, especially Johnson the Butler, they do speak English and even if they don't understand everything they will do the necessary to help. Big surprise in this hotel, you have a generous breakfast, of course, but THE THING is from 6pm to 10pm you have FREE Dining at the restaurant, unbelievable, in all of the hotels I have been it's the first one to even offer this and I hope they will continue.

Really good professional hotel. The rooms were bigger than I thought. The staff is professional. It is true many of them don't speak English that well but it's really no problem for checking in and doing the basics. One of the manager who speaks English very well exceeded our expectations. He was super attentive and helped us make some restaurant bookings. I wish I remembered his name
