Sitting in the northwest corner of the alluring West Lake, Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake features views of traditional Chinese gardens from most units. The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.

Clean, comfortable and in a good location. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets had a lot of choice and the quality of the food was excellent. Customer service from all the staff was excellent! A special mention to Sissi who was very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful during our whole stay.
