It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world, some 5 star! The staff were great, the room was amazing. They provided 2 dog bowls and 2 lots of treats as we had 2 dogs with us, many hotels, despite knowing we have 2 dogs with us, only provide things for 1 dog. The lighting was fun as it could be controlled forma panel and kept changing :¬) The drinks in the mini bar were complimentary as was a drink before dinner. Dinner in their Asian restaurant was also excellent and so different. Breakfast was outstanding. It was only an overnight stop on the journey home across Europe, so we are planning to return, without the dogs as it is a 10 hour drive from us, in the spring to enjoy it more slowly.

Hotel Moselauen is situated in the centre of Bernkastel-Kues. This property offers large breakfast buffet and also provides guests with a sun terrace. Free WiFi is accessible at the hotel. Very good location, great breakfast and excellent service.

A warm greeting and introduction to our room, and a secure room for our bike storage was the start of our pleasant experience here. The efficient A/C was a welcome relief after a day on our bikes. The suite was very clean and modern, with everything provided, from spare toothbrush/paste, hair dryer, cream for coffee and tea selection, electric rolladens, and even a little chocolate on the pillow. After a peaceful sleep, breakfast the following morning was beautifully presented with plates of meat and cheese and fresh warm bread. In addition, there was a menu of extra items you could order for a warm breakfast. We really felt pampered during our stay!

Very clean and modern apartment, equipped with everything you need. Located very close to the center of Cochem (5-10 minutes on foot), the apartment has a private outdoor parking. The view from the apartment/balcony is very beautiful. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and precise. Thank you so much for the little gifts, they were a pleasant surprises for us. We enjoyed staying in this apartment, and next time we will definitely come back here. (if it will be available, of course)

Everything was great! Fantastic apartment, perfectly positioned for exploring Traben Trarbach and the surrounding Mosel valley. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated throughout with a wonderful courtyard area to enjoy, Hosts were friendly, helpful and always available to assist with any queries. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the river for boat trips to other local towns.A real "Home away from Home" - highly recommended :)

Immediately responding to any and all questions we had. The location is great steps away from grocery, public transportation and the Mosel river.

Seperate and nice entry to the studio, that make you completely independant from the owner. There is even a small garden. Great equipment. It is even better than on the pictures. Super comfortable bed. We loved it.
