We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s located in a quiet area and the building itself is very modern and new, which we really appreciated. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. Breakfast was excellent. Although the selection was similar each day, the quality and taste more than made up for it—we were very satisfied overall. The rooftop area is definitely a highlight of the hotel. We arrived with a rental car and were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no need to reserve or pay for parking—there was always plenty of space on the street next to the hotel, even during the summer season, which was a huge plus. The hotel also offers some great additional amenities. One nice touch is that you get a discount on food and drinks at both the rooftop bar and the restaurant if you're staying at the hotel and using digital wallet—definitely a great added value. At first, I found it a bit unusual that we had to pay for the hotel outside of the Booking.com platform, but later I read that this is actually a common practice in Tenerife, not just for this hotel but for many others as well. So in the end, it was totally fine. In the area, there are also supermarkets and some good restaurants. The nice beach is a few minutes walk from hotel. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel má krásnou architekturu, skvělé uspořádání provozu, pokoje velké, vše potřebné k dispozici včetně kávovaru s kapslemi. Snídaně a večeře výborné, velký výběr. Bazény se slanou vodou, pro děti zvlášť a pro dospělé se super aquagym, všude velmi čisto. Děkujeme, moc jsme si pobyt užili!

The moment we walked in, we were captivated by the charm of the historic building and its elegant design. Our room was cozy, spotless, and full of character. But the real gem was the rooftop — watching the sunset over the rooftops of La Laguna was pure magic. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, yet peaceful and calm. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel truly cared for. We only stayed one night, but it left a lasting impression. Can’t wait to come back!

The property was clean and modern. It was easy to find the restaurants and pool areas. There seemed to be a good many people there but not a wild party, loud atmosphere. It was very relaxing.

Situated in Adeje, 200 metres from Playa El Pinque, Adrián Hoteles Roca Nivaria features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Staff is great. Location is great. All the facilities they have in the hotel are just so well organized. Facility to take care of kids in the hotel is really great as well. It was such a good experience staying in this hotel. We will come again.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the majestic colonial style space and lush, well-manicured gardens The resort boasts multiple pools, each with crystal-clear water, some heated, some refreshing. A perfect combination. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip to cool off, do some laps or lounge in the water there’s a pool for every mood. Or just spend the day on a comfy sunbed or even balinese beds to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. There is no need to reserve it at dawn ;) there are enough of them. The beautiful beach pkaya del duque is just a short walk away. in my opinion the nicest beach i have seen in teneriffe. there are lots of cafes, bars and fish restaurants on the sea promenade. Its a lovely upscale area. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. Their attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Food was another highlight! The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. As for the rooms—absolutely stunning! Spacious, elegantly designed, and featuring ultra-comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi in the garden, and I was lucky enough to have one! Relaxing under the stars in my own private oasis was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is pure perfection. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-notch service, amazing food, and breathtaking surroundings, this is hotel is incredible value.
