Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

The room was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for recharging after a few days of physical activities. It was also valentines day and the hotel made special arrangements with my partner to give me a surprise. The facilities and amenities were great, and the location was convenient to explore the bustling parts of the city.

He went out of his way to accommodate everything you could possibly need or want and helped make the trip as smooth and fun as humanly possible. Bonus round he hand wrote a message i wrote him to leave in the room on my gf's arrival for me with a flower, messaged me to let me know she arrived, set up the rides back and forth to the airport, and at the end of the trip when she forgot her flight pillow in the room, he sent it in a taxi to the airport to make sure she had it before her flight. with that said, the host alone was well worth the price, the room is awesome to top it all off and clean!
