While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

Management (Harish) is wonderful, efficient, honest, responsive any time ( including midnight ). He's also very helpful & caring towards guests. Housekeeping staff ( Vishal, Geetha ) are really wonderful persons of integrity, very kind & helpful. Apt. management can provide reference to a very good travel operator whom I used a lot.
