Set on Elba Island, Villino nel Bosco is 0.6 mi from Naregno Beach and 5 minutes' drive from the town center of Capoliveri. Surrounded by pine trees, it has a garden with BBQ and children's... We have completely fallen head over heels by the beauty of this island. Hire an E-bike and visit all the amenities the Capoliveri peninsula offers, from black sand beaches, old disused mines to Le Ripenda estate and finish in the Capoliveri town perched above forests, vineyards and stunning sea vistas. The appartment was simple, yet warm. It more than satisfied our expectations. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathroom fully functional, there's plenty of space in the dining area and the views from the terrace are fenomenal. One can seldomly find such good value for money. PierLuigi (aka Gigi) was a wonderful and helpful host and we both want to thank him again for his hospitality. You can walk (15 min) to Capoliveri, but generally you will need some form of transport to get to various places on the island (E-bike, scooter or a car). Cable car (parrot cage) whisks you to Monte Capanne, 1019m above sea level and the views are unbelievable.

Belvedere Residenza Mediterranea features an amazing furnished garden with pool and panoramic views of the sea. It is located in north Portoferraio, on the Elba Island. The location is ideal, about 20 minutes walk from Porto Ferraio, and 2 beautiful beaches, Capo Bianco and Padulella, you can walk to in 5 minutes. The small apartment I had was very clean and cosy, and the host, Tommaso is very helpful and generous to a fault.

Only 1.9 mi from the picturesque town of Capoliveri and overlooking the Bay of Pareti, Hotel Dino offers rooms with balcony and sea views. The croissant was the best we ever tasted:) Kind staff and definitely the best and most clean and fresh hotel we visited in Italy! Want to come back for sure.

On top of Portoferraio's coast, Hotel Acquamarina offers views of the Gulf of Padulella and direct access to the beach below. Great hotel on the Island of Elba with fabulous staff. Plenty of easy and free parking at the hotel and It is an easy walk and very short walk down a path to the beach. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Never hear any noise from other rooms despite the hotel being fairly full during our stay. It is short walk into town and restaurants and there's a gentle hill coming back that shouldn't be a problem for anyone without mobility issues. Hotel rooms are modern and clean, someone really knew what they were doing managed the last renovation as the hotel feels very up to date compared to many other options in Italy! Bathrooms are modern, key cards are used to access the room, and a great modern elevator to help with those heavy bags!
