The room was spacious, quiet, spotless and the amenities were great, the toiletry products were of high quality. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant at the ground floor looks nice and even has cremia ice cream.

We loved everything especially HANAKO who checked us in who gave amazing service. All the staff were fabulous but she was a standout. The rooms were large by Japanese standards and very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Absolutely highly recommended probably the best accommodation we stayed at in our two week visit, we had rooms on the same floor as we were two friends Travel.

Onichi market is 2 minutes away and you get to all other sights you should visit in Kanazawa within walking distance. couldn't ask for more.

Location is very good…not too far from Nagoya station. Our room faces the small park in front, so it was really nice to look out into the trees. Staff were nice and polite. And it was easy to find food.

It is very close to Kawaguchiko station. You can literally walk. The service is awesome. The check in and check out was smooth. The room was great. The service was great. The onsen, bath, and Mt Fuji view were astonishing. We loved every minute of our stay. It is so close to the lake. There is a free shuttle to the station and service is great. The breakfast had a plenty of choices of traditional and non traditional food. The dinner ceremony and variety were amazing. We loved our experience. We get a feel of Japanese culture in this hotel.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Our room was an upgrade, except we could not get an upgraded room with one big bed. We had to take two twin beds. My wife and I have not slept separately in years, hahaha. But the hotel is incredibly cozy, a great old school vibe, and the room had an unbelievable view of Mt. Fuji. Highly recommend this hotel.
