The hotel located along the Oito Line that was accessible by car or taxi from Shinano-Matsukawa, Kita-Hosono or Hosono station. We had multiple email and message communications with the owners. Atsu responded to reassure that our commute concern would be solved. He would pick us up and drop off at Hosono station. The price of the hotel was very affordable and could walk to train station if having no luggage. Atsu was very accommodating to our trip plan change. He was thoughtful to drop us to the Shinano-Matsukawa station that the waiting area was warmer & was in town. Guest rooms were on the 2nd floor of a Curry Restaurant. Atsu helped carrying the suitcase up to the room & brought us furniture that we needed. He was also the chef of the restaurant. The food was yummy. We highly recommended this

Hands down the best hospitality we have ever experienced. Maki is the most gracious of any host we have ever had. Excellent food (lots of it). This accommodation is worth planning an entire trip around. 2 private onsens. A massage chair. It was our first time with a traditional Japanese futon and we were surprised how comfortable sleeping was. Beautiful scenery and the most hospitable hosts (Maki, her mom the chef and Kenta the house pup) Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We can’t wait to come back again someday.

The food, the warm hospitality, and the white snow just completed the satisfaction of the stay. Everything is there.

Beautiful location with very attentive staff. Comfortable lounge area and the food was exceptional. The outdoor bath was constantly full of lovely hot water so we could enjoy at any time.

The room was cosy and warm, storage for ski equipment and great breakfast included in the price. Daily shuttle runs to slopes included.

B&B Hotel Hyochoan byl otevřen v srpnu 2012 a nabízí jednoduché ubytování v západním stylu. Na pokojích je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi a na terase si můžete vychutnat pozorování ptáků. The hosts were adorable. The room was very clean and comfortable, in a nice neighborhood. The breakfast was the best we had in all our stay in Japan.

One of our favourite locations for Japan. The staff are very friendly and the room was great. We tried Onsen at the hotel for the first time and loved it. The views from our room were beautiful.

The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the Asama Onsen town - it is the quintessential Japan countryside accommodation but with a modern twist. The rooms were fully equipped with all the amenities one could wish for, and our room came with a private onsen. We made sure to make the most of it. Dinners during our stay were also quite special, with the menu at the 367 restaurant changing daily. We were served local produce and meats, skillfully prepared by the team of chefs. We would 100% book this property again.

Hakuba Tokyu Hotel is an 8-minute drive from JR Hakuba Station and a 3-minute drive from Happo-One Bus Terminal. A free 2-way shuttle to both destinations is provided upon prior reservation. Enjoyed my first time in Hakuba experience. The hotel, staff and breakfast were lovely. Thank you!

Sakaeya se nachází v centru termální oblasti Shibu, 5 minut jízdy od vlakového nádraží Yudanaka. Nabízí ubytování v japonském stylu. An extremely comfortable ryokan with very welcoming and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and to assist with our travel arrangements for visiting the Snow Monkey Park We really enjoyed our stay here. The baths were wonderful, particularly the one outside in the garden. Dinner and breakfast were both absolutely delicious.
