Úplně super ubytování. Pokoj byl hezký a útulný. Snídaně byly fantastické - vždy talířek s ovocem, a potom každý den jiné jídlo, ale vždy neskutečně chutné. Mama Yati i papa Mas byli velmi milí lidé, velice nápomocní a ochotní. Také půjčují skůtry za dobré ceny (40 RM) na kterém jsme za 2 dny projeli celý ostrov. Také jsme velmi ocenili letištní transfer v ceně. Nedaleko byla pláž Cenang, kde je hezké koupání. Poblíž byla také výborná restaurace, kam jsme velmi rádi chodili a kde bylo občas těžké sehnat místo. Velice děkujeme za skvělý pobyt

The resort is a quiet secluded place steeped in nature but well connected to other places due to its central location. The batik bungalows are beautifully traditional with attention for detail while celebrating the rich heritage of Malaysia. They are extremely comfortable and have everything you need for a wonderful stay. The host is kind and helpful and always generous in their support to make your stay memorable. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place.

Our stay at Casa Del Mar was perhaps the most ideal, relaxing stay we have ever experienced. My husband actually sat still for several days, poolside, and read a book (!!!), dipped in the pool occasionally, slept in the shade, meditated on the ocean scene spread out before him (jet skis far enough in the distance to be interesting but not noisy, parasails colorfully dotting the warm blue skies against puffy white clouds). Breakfast was declicious with western and suburb local offerings—-and plenty of everything. Bar service was exceptional throughout the day. We dined on site one night and the menu, food, and service on the beach was, again, exceptional. The entire staff was all smiles and eager to please—-we felt so very welcome. And—drum roll: the turndown service each evening was charming! We would go out to dinner (the hotel is steps away from the throng of downtown Cenang with all it’s shopping and dining options) though the facility itself feels miles removed) and when we’d return to our room, the lights were dimmed, soft jazz was playing on the internet radio, the sheets were exquisitely “turned” with clever little tokens of paper messages about the weather forecast for the next day, suggestions of what to do, etc. It was like getting a fortune cookie on your bed (without the calories!). Speaking of calories, as part of the turndown service, they also provided large ceramic mugs with fixings for either tea or hot chocolate. And they always had a jar of peanuts and coconut cookies to nibble on throughout the day. And we strongly encourage folks to reserve a “high tea” at least one afternoon. Their tiered trays of savory and patisserie dainties was just as delightful as everything else. We originally considered staying at the hotel further north—-the one with the rooms out over the water. But we opted to be within walking distance of town/activity and we are so very, very glad with out choice. Casa Del Mar is an exceptional hotel and great value!

It was my first time staying at Ritz Carlton property. And I must say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we step there till the very last second we had a wonderful time. Every staffs we encounter were very professional and on top of their game. Services were splendid. Food was perfection, every meal we had was exceptional. Buggy service was very quick too, not once had to wait more than couple of minutes. The ambience was gorgeous. Room service was another amazing experience, coming back to our room and seeing all the little details that our housekeeping team had done to make our stay comfortable was such a special experience. Leaving a hotel was a bitter sweet feeling since we had such memorable stay.
