Ideally set in Funchal, TURIM Santa Maria Hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. Breakfast was excellent. The location was superb - considering three methods of transportation: by car, by bus and walking. Everything worked fine and the staff was willing to help you with all your questions. There is only few parking spots (15€/day) available at the hotel (located in the neighboring lot) but the staff gave an excellent advice to park your rented vehicle in the public car park (5€/day) just 3 blocks away. The rooftop pool and bar were a nice addition to a top quality experience.

Truly luxury hotel atmosphere. Inpeccable service Good location, 10min walk to city center (uphill on return walk). Ocean view room had all the aneminities one could expect. Excellent breakfast, lots of tables inside and outside. Pool area and the surroundings perfectly maintained. Sun loungers always available

Recently awarded as Europe's Leading Design Hotel, the luxurious Vine Hotel is located in Funchal and offers a fusion restaurant with stunning views, a Wine Therapy Spa, and a rooftop infinity pool. Central location, overall vibe and beds were very comfy. We had a courtyard/shopping mall interior room which was very quiet. Pool was cool.

The seafront 4-star hotel Aqua Natura Bay in Madeira features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a hot tub. A gym is also available, as well as an on-site diving center. Despite big hotel we received warm welcome with personal touch (welcome drink, welcome card with my name printed and free bottle of wine). Room was very spacious with all amenities you need and ved was very comfortable. At departure we even received a small gift. Very pleasant stay.
